Hi SAP Experts,
I have a requirement where in I need to inactivate Product Category Master Data in my system, I can do this task manually by editing each product Category and checking the Inactive button bt there are a lot of product categories to be inactivated.When I tried to achieve this using CSV import, I found that there is no field called INACTIVE which could be set to TRUE. If anyone has any solution to inactivate multiple Product catogories in one shot , please help.

Dear Experts,
I have 3 questions about LDAP:
1) We would like to configure SAP Sourcing-LDAP integration as picture below:
Is it possible?
2) If we set synchronization mode to “Pull”, all changes made in LDAP (e.g. email changed) will be transferred to Sourcing online?
3) If user account is deactivated in LDAP, what will happen to user account in Sourcing. Will it be marked as deactivated?

SAP CLM allows generation of barcodes in contract documents for specific master agreement meta-data fields.
Has anyone used this functionality? Any business usecase for the same?

Hi Team,
We want to cancel the child agreement. However my master agreement is canceled.
In child agreement under the tab document we have cancel option but it is grayed out.
Suggest me how to cancel the child agreement.
If any rule to be made do suggest me on how to do the same.

Is it possible to add a query group under the navigation menu Contract Management -> Clause Library ?
I can add a report using the Analysis Reports Setup option, but I want to know if there is a way to add a query group?

Users have Limited access to Security profiles-

Contract template Manager...
But still are able to change the Agreement types.. Please guide me to restict the users.

Whenever the Buyer initiates the discussion with the supplier, a mail will be triggered to Supplier(mail will be sent to Primary contact of Supplier irrespective of the contact chosen under Supplier info Tab)
Is there any way to Send the discussion alerts to all the supplier contacts.

1. We had an issue with the translations not being accurate, Plus some of the localized resources we created are not getting translated properly in other languages like French, German, Japanese.
2. If I change the company name in the Master data ( a small change like & to and ) it does not get reflected in all the places, for example if I create a Master Agreement it still shows up the OLD Company name .
Please advice .

Is there a way that all these 1500 suppliers get new system Link and login credentials through system generated emails? all in one go..

Hi All,
I have created a custom mail template and added that template to the new mail configuration. I also wrote a script, target being Post-Save but I'm encountering error. Below is the screenshot of the error.

The Employee or consultant who left the oragnization should also get deactivated form SAP SO user. BUt in my case it is not working as expected.

We are trying to create UDO2 via scheduled import job . We have the excel file and it works fine in scheduled import and creates UDO2 , however due to some problem we need to use xml format instead of excel or csv . Can anyone help me with the xml format or guide me if any xml template available ?

We have a requirement to fetch the users from the selected group using the query.
I have referred FCI_MAS_PURCHASING_GROUP and FCI_UPP_USER_ACCOUNT tables to fetch the user list for particular group but no luck.
Kindly provide your valuable suggestions to fetch the users from selected group. Please suggest table name from which will be able to get members of the group.

Hi Experts,
We have a requirement to change the standard query with custom query under 'Contract To Do List' workbench channel. This requirement is for 'Master Agreements' and Master Agreements Requiring Attention entries in the channel. I have replaced the standard query with my custom query in Setup --> Query groups select the query groupTo-Do List Queries(FCI-ToDoListBuyReport) and replace the To-Do Master Agreements query definition with my custom query. Same thing I did for second query also.
But it is not reflecting in Contract To Do List work bench channel. Please see below screen shot.
However if I revert to standard query 'Master Agreements' link is displaying.
Did any one had this kind of requirement and how did you achieve this if you share some thoughts on this it will really appreciated.
