Business Document of type 'Purchase Order' not seen in 'Access Rights'

Hi,

We are using SAP Sourcing 9.0 and we are trying to publish the RFx award to ERP as Standard Purchase Order (NB).

But when we select 'Publish Award to ERP' option in RFx Award screen, we get the following error:

'You cannot view this document (Transaction Type) because you do not have the appropriate permission'.

We have already created the transaction type for Purchase Order in the 'Setup'.

In order to provide access to the transaction type i.e Purchase Order, we even checked the Security Profiles for the role assigned to the user-account.

Setup > System Administration > Security Profile > Select the Security Profile > 'Access rights' tab.

Here, in the 'Access Rights' tab, among the list of 'Business Documents', there is no 'Purchase Order' seen.

Can anyone help us on this?
