Error Message While Uploading Clause List

Hi ,

I am trying  to create a clause list and when I try Upload a clause list, at step 2 of Process request it is uploading till 80 percent and throwing an error

" There is a problem with the contract generation web service. Contract your system administrator.

Can any one throw some light why it is throwing this message.
