fsbuyer java page error on security check link

Hi,

I am creating purchasing user on the SAP Sourcing 9.0 system.

After creating the user, an e-mail is sent to the user with the password with below link

http://<hostname:port>/<context>/fsbuyer/portal/login?allow_redirect=true

Then the user is asked to change the password. Once the new password is entered, the user is taken to below screen.

http://<hostnameport>/<context>/fsbuyer/portal/sap_j_security_check

This screen is a blank screen with "internet explorer cannot display the webpage"

I am not sure which configuration did I miss here.
