How to "Background Task Status" ?

Hello Experts-

I would like to allow less-priviliged users to see INFO events generated from Scripts from "Background Task Status" (stored in FCI_SYS_LOGINFO) within the Sourcing app (rather than in NWA).  But it appears that it only shows severity levels of ERROR or CRIT in here.  So far, the severity setting in NWA doesn't seem to affect it.

Is there any way to configure this to include INFO under Sourcing 9 SP13?   I saw some changes for SP14, but not clear to me if it only affects NWA.
