RFX Vendor Invitation is getting delayed

Hi Team,

I am facing this issue where, when ever an RFx is created and Open for response the Rfx Round Invite (Vendor Invitation) is sent out late.

say if the RFx is open on 7th April the mail is sent out to the Vendor for Invitation on 9th April.

i have checked the Pending Deamons Event ( Deleted the one which were running on old date )

i have checked this in QA and it is running fine.

I have checked the Mail configuration and it is set to "Send"

Other than RFX round Invite other mails are sent out.
