General info about SAP Sourcing/CLM

Hi Colleagues,

my customer who just bought SAP Sourcing/CLM in Q4 is asking some general info about it.

1. History of Sourcing/CLM (Year of released on the market first time, versions history)
2. Examples of succesfull implementations, #years of usage
3. List of referencable customers of SAP Sourcing/CLM (ideally used together with SRM)

Would you please help with answers?
