Workflow Problem

Hi Experts,

We are facing some errors in our workflow, some symptoms:

- Workflow with 3 steps, but all approvers appear at each step. (at each step, one approver is required)

- Background Task Status: message: "Phase Change Instantiation Request not found for NativeId=-2147480616; manual deletion of Workflow Engine State required.";
