Failed creating Clause, Section and Contract Document

Hello Experts,

I am having problems creating a contract document.

The first fail i have is when i upload the *.docx to the clause it says fail; Nevertheless the clause is created.

The same happens with the section but in the end when i try to create the Contract document it says fail Too.  The difference is that the Clause is created, the section is created but the Contract document won't.

Any idea on what could be the error??
