We have Sourcing CLM v 10 SP6 installed.
There was one default system context and a DEFAULT cluster. This default cluster has the host entry as "abc.xyz.com". (xyz.com is client company ID)
This default cluster was not used and a new context and cluster were created.
This new cluster has host entry "abc".
The service and port(50,001) for the above two clusters is the same. Refer attached screen shot.
Directories were created for the new cluster and the clutser is now active.
This new context & cluster were used and customization were done as required.
For the supplier registration page customizations were done.
The supplier registration page has the URL: https://abc:50001/fsguest/vendordesktop/register/index This URL displays the customized page.
To expose this URL, network team has done settings and put them on Web dispatcher and DMZ so this can be accessed outside the client network.
But after all the work, when we launch this URL outside the network, The standard registration page is dispayed and not the customized page.
When I tried launching this URL within the client network I could see it was being redirected to "https://abc.xyz.com:50001/fsguest/vendordesktop/register/index" which I think is redirected to the Default cluster, Hence it is displaying the standard supplier registration page.
Please help us know where the issue is? Is it something do to with the CLM configurations?
We have raised OSS and was not of much help. Quick help will be appreciated.
