SAP Sourcing 10.0 (RIN # 1786328)

Hi,

We are planing to upgrade SAP CLM 7.0 to SAP CLM 10.0 running on AIX/DB2 version. I was trying to access the release information note (RIN) 1786328 for upgrade but it is not available to customer for general access. Can anybody provide this SAP Note or this is obsolete note?
