to delete clause/sections/templates from db

Hi Experts,

We are in Sourcing 10.0.

We need to delete the clause/sections/cd templates library, so that we can create new with the same names.

Kindly provide your valuable suggestions. how we can achieve this. We have checked the nwa but not able to identify the correct procedure.

Any leads would be of great help!!
