We have started using IE11 browser recently and found there are multiple issues when we access CLM from enterprise portal. Below are the major issue we found when we access from portal.
1. All channels in workbench are srinked and not able to open.
2. Not able to see Home button
3. Not able to see log off button properly.. etc...
We do not see these issues when access using direct CLM link instead of from portal.
We are using url iView to integrate CLM with portal for SSO and I assume most of us use iview to enable SSO from enterprise portal. We have raised these issues with SAP also via OSS message but SAP saying iView intergration is not standard so they can not support in this matter.
My question is do we have any other type of integration we can have to enable SSO with SAP Sourcing/CLM application? and any of you accessing CLM in IE11 from enterprise portal without any issues?
Do we have any solution to solve these apart from asking user to enable compatibility mode in their browsers.
