Issues while creating contract document via Scripting

Hello Experts,

We need to create a Contract document automatically via explicitly callable script. We need to take the attachment from the shared folder and create a contract document under a Master Agreement. The problem is coming while assigning the phase to the contract document. Please share the logic if someone has automated the Contract document creation.
