How to change template.csv in import line item button and how to disable import line item button

Hi all ,

    Now we are using SAP Sourcing  7.0.3  . and i have 2 questions .

Question No 1 )

In line item template , there is import line item button . after i click it , i will see template.csv file . However this file is not supported here because we have customized in line item level for example item category , outline number ,out line description.

                          is it possible to change from file template.csv to my own template (which has custom field)

Question No 2)

is it possible to disable import line item button in line item tab of master agreement ?
