Why account has not been updated for Inactive user after request .csv file imported via Import Data in SAP sourcing.

Hi Experts,

I have inactivated one user in SAP Sourcing as that was not in use.Agian the same user raised the request through tool and his data has been sent via .csv file through DATA import.

When I check that user in SAP sourcing then there I did not find the user acount .

Still usde is inactive only .

Please suggets me techniacl aspect behind this.
