making report containing queries as links

Hi All,

Facing issue in making queries as clickable in Sourcing/CLM.

There is one requirement where we need to make one  report which contains multiple queries and when that report runs it should display all the queries as links , and on further clicking on each link(query) it should give results.

Please help what approach needs to be followed.
